Having worked on so many and kitchen extensions we are now often asked to carry out whole house renovations either by old clients who have moved house or by those who we have been recommended to. It is very common to create a side return extension or add a loft conversion to a house during a major renovation. We have done both on numerous occasions.

All of our teams have extensive experience of working on Victorian, Edwardian and 1930’s properties and we are able to handle the entire project from first thoughts, management of the planning application process, Buildings Control, spacial and structural design through to handing over the keys of a completed home.

We are extremely good at marrying old with new and because of our knowledge every contract will have a fixed budget, which means no unpleasant surprises and extra bills half way through.

The more challenging the project, the more we want it. We have fitted the single largest piece of glass possible for a kitchen roof and will quite happily float a four-story town house on a custom steel frame system to achieve the open-plan look that is so popular at the moment. We even have our own garden designer so we can make sure that everything is completed when you move in.

If you have just bought a new home or are now ready to refurbish your existing property please email or call us at to discuss your project.
